We no longer offer live phone support for two reasons.  Cost and repetition. On average only 7% of our customers contact us.  And increasing the price for everyone so that we can have people staffed all day every day, just does not make good sense for the 93% of our other customers.  We have decided as a company to continue to deliver the low cost, high value ImmuneIQ alternative assessment our customers need and that sets us apart from expensive allergy tests at the vet.  We are very aware that some people like the warm and fuzzy feeling picking up the phone gives them - but we know they like the low price better.  And of those 7%, the questions are usually the same.  So these questions are much better to manage with our customer service software which also helps us track progress and resolutions.  That's the repetition part we mentioned.  We do have live phone operators during our business hours via our toll free order hotline for new orders only.  This is for customers with computer issues and those calling in from the car.  If you have any questions, we're happy to assist you by clicking the Support Help link on any of our web pages.  And we're sorry if you are one of the 7% and want to speak to a live operator.  We hope you know how much we care about you and will do all we can to help you promptly via email.
